Delali is a passionate personal journey through the vibrant world of Historic Automobiles.Having grown up watching rusted old parts magically transform into magnificent works of art in our garage, each of these automobiles have become inseparable members of our family. And like our grandparents, each have a story to tell.

I have travelled with them on dream like adventures across the world and they have filled me with happiness and gratitude that words fail to articulate. Hence, the colours across the silk canvas that stand before you represent all the love that the souls of these machines have showered me with.

The word ‘Delali’ comes ‘Dela’ and ‘Li’. Dela is our beautiful ochre coloured, 1930 Delage.  Her seven year long journey back to life after being abandoned in an ice factory for decades  holds a special place in my heart.  And ‘Li’, represents us two sisters. It was my sister’s belief in my little idea that eventually brought Delali to life.

Each illustration is a narration of my family’s Vintage and Classic Automotive experiences and the love we share for all of them. Today, it gives me immense joy in telling you our story. I do hope that every time you wear Delali, it fills your day with lots of colour and makes you smile wherever you go.
